Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BOLX mobile application ("App") operated by RLFXO ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
BOLX is a personal productivity tool designed for timeboxing and daily planning. You may use the App for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of RLFXO and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The RLFXO and BOLX names and logos are trademarks of RLFXO.
You retain full ownership of any data you create within the App. We do not access, collect, or store your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases ("BOLX Plus") to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RLFXO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
